Točno (Automation Money Map) ("we", "us") is a set of small web tools for businesses: the Process Cost Calculator, with its optional auto-detection, and the Import & Export Margin Calculator. This page explains what data we handle, why, and what choices you have.
We are at an early stage: the tools are free, nothing is for sale, and the company behind them is being set up in Slovenia.

What we handle, and why

Names, email addresses, phone numbers and reference numbers are removed in your browser first; raw events, attendees, locations, exact times and your cost settings never leave it. We don't store the summaries. |

We don't use analytics or advertising cookies, we don't sell data, and we don't share it with anyone except the processors below, only to provide what you asked for. Legal basis: taking steps at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in running the site (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Processors we use
Vercel
Hosts the website and runs the detection request.
Anthropic
Runs the detection model on the redacted summaries. Under Anthropic's API terms, this data is not used to train models.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it. Write to tocnosi@proton.me and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si).
